With the increasing of urban farming in Singapore, more schools are installing hydroponic system and hydroponic workshop for kids.

Recently, Modern Farmer just installed 2 hydroponic systems and conducted a mini workshop for the kids from Maple Bear.

Kids get to have a feel of different types of medium and close engagement with the hydroponic systems.  At the end of the workshop, children get to germinate their own seeds before transferring to the hydroponic system.
