Mr Frank, age 65, a former Taekwondo champion and Aikido practitioner. In his recall, he was on his way home after his Akido lesson, He noticed 2 guys was following him behind when he pass by a dark lane. “I stop at the road side for a puff” he recalled “the 2 guys came towards me and ask for my valuables”. The 2 guys didn’t know who they both mess with and soon they will regret.
“I told them to leave right away” he said “but they choose not to, and took out a knife pointing at me”. Within 30sec both of them laid on ground unconsciously. Mr Frank called ambulance and police, both robbers were taken to hospital resulted in fracture arms and injuries.
When the reporter interviewed Mr Frank, asked him how he maintain his physical and body condition, he said, “all you need is to exercise regularly”. “Most importantly is to eat healthy!” he added, “I grew my own vegetable using hydroponic system, the vegetable grew are more healthy because there’s no chemical added”.
